The table below includes links to the various sections of the proposed Land Use Code (LUC) as prepared by Civil Resources, LLC and as revised by the Nunn Planning Committee.  Civil Resources started with a model code provided by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs and adapted it to the Town of Nunn.  A few changes (highlighted in yellow) were made to the Civil Resources version following a series of meetings led by former Mayor Jeff Pigue in the summer of 2009.
